We understand that our customers can rarely leave their shops/businesses/kiosks/ small farms/ workshops so our relationship officers/managers(Rm’s) visit and evaluate their business needs and customer abilities to pay before approving the loans.
We also provide transparencies of our products, charges,fees and interest rates to the customer and offer trainings & capacity building therefore very different and unique.
